  1. Order Cancellations
  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if production has begun.
  1. Refunds
  • Eligibility: Refunds are issued for defective or damaged products due to a printing error on our part.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Custom orders are non-refundable unless there is a defect or error in the printing.
  • Proof Approval: Once you approve the design proof, we cannot offer refunds for errors in the design, including typos, colors, or sizes.
  1. Damaged or Defective Products
  • If your stickers arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the issue, and we will offer a replacement or refund.
  1. Shipping Issues
  • We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by the shipping carrier. However, if your order is lost or significantly delayed, please reach out, and we’ll assist in resolving the issue.
