2. AI-Generated Designs & User Responsibility

  • User-Provided Prompts: All content created using the AI sticker generation feature is based entirely on the inputs provided by the user.

  • Ownership & Liability: The user placing the order (hereafter referred to as “the Buyer”) assumes full responsibility for the originality, legality, and usage rights of the content they generate or request.

  • Copyright & Trademark: By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that their requested design:

    • Does not infringe on any existing copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.

    • Is either their own original work or used with proper authorization or license.

3. Indemnity Clause

  • Insta Print or Stickerman.ae will not be held liable for any legal claims, damages, or disputes arising from the production or sale of AI-generated designs that infringe third-party rights.

  • The Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Insta Print or Stickerman.ae, its owners, employees, and partners from any such claims or liabilities.

4. Use of Generated Designs

  • Insta Print or Stickerman.ae may use anonymized versions of generated designs for portfolio, promotional, or research purposes unless the Buyer specifically opts out in writing at the time of purchase.

5. Right to Refuse Orders

  • Insta Print or Stickerman.ae reserves the right to decline any design or order that contains or implies offensive, illegal, or clearly infringing content, at our sole discretion.

6. Security & Storage

  • We implement industry-standard security practices to protect your data.

  • AI prompt and design data may be retained for internal purposes, analytics, and system improvement, subject to our data retention policies.

7. Policy Updates

  • This Privacy & Intellectual Property Policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services after updates implies acceptance of the revised policy.
